HOA Disclosure Data

Requires HOA cooperation

What's Not in the Directory Yet

Some HOA data is not publicly available online. Florida Statute 720 requires disclosure to buyers at closing — but that doesn't make it searchable online. We're actively working on HOA partnerships to bring this data to the directory.

  • Monthly and annual HOA dues (exact amounts)
  • Special assessment history and upcoming assessments
  • Reserve fund balance and reserve study
  • CC&Rs and governing documents
  • Board member contact information
  • Rental and pet restrictions

Are you an HOA board member? Contact us to discuss adding this data to your community's profile.

Resident Submissions

Coming in Phase 2

Resident-Generated Data

We're building a resident submission system to capture the qualitative data that public records can't provide. Future community profiles will include:

  • Verified resident reviews and ratings
  • Noise levels and community atmosphere
  • Maintenance quality ratings
  • Walkability scores and nearby services
  • Property value trends
  • Capital improvement plans
